1. Introduction ThinkingHead Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors to thinkingheadstudio.com and users of our Products including LazyBones Personal Command Center, how we use that information, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information. This policy covers our website and all Products distributed by ThinkingHead Studio.

2a. Information you provide directly:
- Email address — collected when you download a Product from our website, sign up for updates, or submit an inquiry through our contact form
- Name — collected optionally when you submit a contact or inquiry form
- Inquiry content — any message or project description you submit through our contact form
- User Content — notes, tasks, project names, sticky notes, daily items, and any other content you enter into our Products. This content is stored via Base44 and is not routinely accessed by ThinkingHead Studio.
- Personalization data — your chosen name or alias entered into Product settings
2b. Information collected automatically:
- Cookies — our Products use functional cookies to maintain your session and save your preferences. Our website may use cookies for basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies.
- Browser and device data — your browser type, device type, and IP address may be logged by our hosting infrastructure and by Base44 as part of normal operation
- Website analytics — we may use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand general website traffic patterns such as page views and referral sources. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel at this time.
2c. Information we do NOT collect:
- Voice data — voice input in our Products is processed entirely by your browser locally and is never transmitted to ThinkingHead Studio servers
- Payment information — our Products are currently free. We do not collect payment data.
- Location data — we do not collect or request your precise location
- Sensitive personal information — we do not collect race, ethnicity, health information, financial account details, or government identification numbers
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address to:
- Deliver your Product download link
- Confirm your inquiry or contact form submission
- Notify you of significant updates or changes to our Products or Terms
- Respond to your questions and support requests
We use cookies to:
- Keep you logged into our Products across sessions
- Save your preferences and dismissed notices within our Products
We use inquiry content to:
- Respond to your questions and evaluate potential client engagements
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.
4. Third Party Data Processors
We work with the following third parties who may process your data on our behalf:
Base44: Our Products are built on the Base44 platform. Your Product User Content is stored in Base44’s database infrastructure. Base44 acts as our data processor. Their privacy policy is available at base44.com.
Anthropic: Our Products include an AI Briefing feature that sends a summary of your Product data to the Anthropic Claude API to generate personalized briefings. This data is transmitted to Anthropic’s servers for processing. Anthropic’s privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy. If you do not wish your data to be sent to Anthropic, do not use the AI Briefing feature.
Hosting providers: Our website is hosted on infrastructure that may log standard server data including IP addresses and browser information as part of normal operation.
We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or behavioral tracking services.
5. Email Communications When you provide your email address to download a Product or submit an inquiry you will receive:
- A confirmation or download email immediately
- Occasional product update notifications when significant changes occur
We will never send unsolicited marketing emails. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. You may also opt out at any time by emailing joe@thinkingheadstudio.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. We will process your request within 5 business days.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location you may have the following rights:

- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data from our records
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from email communications at any time

Data Retention We retain your email address and inquiry content for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and for a maximum of three years after your last interaction with us unless you request earlier deletion. Your Product User Content is retained in Base44 until you delete it yourself or until your Base44 session expires per Base44’s own retention policies.
8. Children’s Privacy Our website and Products are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information please contact us at joe@thinkingheadstudio.com and we will delete it promptly. If you are located in the European Union the minimum age is 16 unless local law provides otherwise.
9. Security We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your Product data is protected by Base44’s security infrastructure. Your email and inquiry data is accessible only to authorized ThinkingHead Studio personnel. However no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. International Transfers ThinkingHead Studio is based in the United States. If you access our website or Products from outside the United States your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our website or Products you consent to this transfer.
11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered email users before the changes take effect. Continued use of our website or Products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
