Acceptance of Terms By visiting thinkingheadstudio.com, downloading, installing, or using any product distributed by ThinkingHead Studio including LazyBones Personal Command Center (“Products”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or Products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of ThinkingHead Studio.
2. About ThinkingHead Studio ThinkingHead Studio is a creative and technology brand based in Delaware, United States, operating under the tagline “Bold ideas. Built to work.” We design, develop, and distribute digital products and provide technology consulting and development services to individuals and small businesses. Our current products include LazyBones Personal Command Center, a free personal productivity dashboard available at thinkingheadstudio.com.
3. Website Use You may use thinkingheadstudio.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

4. Products — LazyBones and Future Products

Free License ThinkingHead Studio grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LazyBones and any other free Products for personal and professional productivity purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from any ThinkingHead Studio Product without written permission.
4b. User Content All notes, tasks, project names, and other content you enter into our Products belongs to you. ThinkingHead Studio does not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you enter.
4c. AI Features LazyBones and future Products may include AI-powered features powered by third-party AI providers including Anthropic Claude. AI-generated content is provided for convenience only and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. Do not rely on AI-generated content for financial, legal, medical, or other professional decisions. ThinkingHead Studio makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.
4d. Voice Input Products may include voice input features that use your device’s built-in browser speech recognition. Voice input is processed entirely locally by your browser. ThinkingHead Studio does not record, transmit, or store your voice data.
4e. Future Paid Products and Features ThinkingHead Studio may in the future offer premium or paid features or Products. Any paid offerings will be clearly disclosed and will require separate agreement. Free features will remain free unless explicitly communicated otherwise with reasonable advance notice to registered users.
4f. Data Storage Product data is stored via Base44, a third-party no-code application platform acting as our data processor. ThinkingHead Studio does not independently store your Product data on its own servers. We encourage you to review Base44’s terms and privacy policy at base44.com.
5. Client Services ThinkingHead Studio may provide technology consulting, app development, branding, and related services to clients. Any such engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement between ThinkingHead Studio and the client. These Terms do not constitute a service agreement and do not create any obligation for ThinkingHead Studio to provide services to any party.
6. Intellectual Property All content on thinkingheadstudio.com including but not limited to the ThinkingHead Studio name, logo, tagline “Bold ideas. Built to work.”, website design, written content, and Product designs are the intellectual property of ThinkingHead Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding, name, or content without prior written permission.
7. Third Party Links Our website and Products may contain links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for convenience only. ThinkingHead Studio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service.
8. No Warranty ThinkingHead Studio’s website and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website or Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that your data will never be lost. Always maintain your own backups of important information.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkingHead Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website or Products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ThinkingHead Studio in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
